Welcome to VeeSave – an online platform and mobile application operated by Vehicle Expenses Saver Pty Ltd (“VeeSave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the VeeSave App, www.veesave.com, or any related portals or services (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Use predictive maintenance and vehicle performance analytics
Connect with approved suppliers and repairers

We act as an intermediary platform — connecting users with third-party automotive service providers.
VeeSave does not directly perform mechanical, insurance, or financial services unless specifically stated.

4. Eligibility

To use the VeeSave App or register for an account, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Agree to provide accurate and complete information

VeeSave reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features of VeeSave may require payment, including premium services, fleet plans, or partner integrations.
You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase or subscription.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
VeeSave does not store full credit card details and is not responsible for errors or breaches by external payment gateways.

Pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable.

7. Third-Party Services

VeeSave connects you with independent third-party suppliers and service providers (such as repairers, insurers, and parts suppliers).

We:

Do not own, operate, or control these third-party services
Are not responsible for their quality, accuracy, or reliability
Do not guarantee pricing, timelines, or service outcomes

You engage with third-party providers at your own risk. Any disputes or claims must be resolved directly with the relevant supplier.

8. Discounts, Offers, and Promotions

All discounts, offers, and promotional pricing available via VeeSave:

Are provided either by VeeSave or by participating suppliers
May be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates
Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the VeeSave App and website only for lawful purposes and not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload or transmit harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
Interfere with the security, functionality, or performance of the Services
Access data or systems without authorisation

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VeeSave website and app, including but not limited to:

Logos, trademarks, branding, designs, and graphics
Software, algorithms, and platform technology
Text, reports, and marketing materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeSave and its directors, employees, and partners:

Are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services
Provide all content and functionality on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
Do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of data

If the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or refunding the cost of the service (at our discretion).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vehicle Expenses Saver Pty Ltd from any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of the App or website

13. Termination
