Welcome to the VeeSave Partner Network. By submitting an application or participating as a partner, supplier, or service provider (“you”, “your”, “the Partner”) with Vehicle Expenses Saver Pty Ltd (“VeeSave”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these carefully — they form a legally binding agreement between you and VeeSave.

1. Purpose of the Partnership Program

The VeeSave Partner Program connects approved automotive suppliers, repairers, and service providers with verified VeeSave Members.
By joining, you agree to:

• Provide exclusive discounts, special offers, or value-added benefits to all VeeSave Members.

• Allow VeeSave to notify you by email when a member expresses interest in your business.

• Pay a Click Referral Fee to VeeSave for every valid referral, click, or lead generated through the platform.

2. Becoming a Partner

1. Complete the online partnership application form.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive onboarding instructions and branding materials.

3. Your listing will go live on the VeeSave App and website within approximately 14 days of approval.

4. You may update, renew, or cancel your partnership at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

5. Partnerships renew automatically each year unless cancelled in writing.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Partner

By participating, you agree to:

• Offer a genuine and verifiable discount or incentive for VeeSave Members.

• Honour all offers as advertised on the platform.

• Maintain accurate business and contact details at all times.

• Respond promptly to member enquiries sent through the platform.

• Hold valid business licences, insurance, and compliance for your industry.

• Avoid any misleading, false, or unethical marketing practices.

4. Referral & Click Fee

• Each click, referral, or member lead generated via the VeeSave App, website, or marketing channels incurs a Click Referral Fee, payable to Vehicle Expenses Saver Pty Ltd.

• The exact fee amount and structure are detailed in your partner onboarding pack or invoice.

• Fees are billed monthly and payable within 14 days.

• Late or unpaid fees may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the Partner Network.

5. Communication and Email Consent

By joining the Partner Network, you consent to:

• Receiving emails and notifications from VeeSave relating to member enquiries, updates, or invoices.

• Allowing VeeSave Members to contact you directly via the details provided on your listing.

• Receiving occasional partner announcements or promotional opportunities (you may opt out of non-essential marketing emails).

You cannot opt out of transactional or referral-related emails, as these are required for the operation of your partnership.

6. Intellectual Property and Branding

• “VeeSave”, “Vehicle Expenses Saver Pty Ltd”, and the slogan “Drive Smart. Save Smart.™” are protected trademarks.

• Approved partners may use the “Proud VeeSave Partner” logo on websites, premises, or advertising, provided it links to www.veesave.com and follows supplied branding guidelines.

• You must not modify, reproduce, or misrepresent the VeeSave brand in any way without written approval.

7. Termination or Suspension

VeeSave may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your participation if you:

• Breach these terms or fail to pay referral fees;

• Provide false or misleading information;

• Engage in conduct deemed unethical, unsafe, or damaging to the brand; or

• Cease trading or lose required licences.

You may terminate your participation at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
All outstanding fees remain payable after termination.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

• VeeSave handles all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your business information and contact details are shared only with VeeSave Members for the purpose of legitimate enquiries.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

• VeeSave acts solely as a referral and marketing platform, not as your agent, contractor, or representative.

• We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or enquiries.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeSave shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Partner Network.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeeSave and its officers from any claim arising out of your business conduct, listings, or interactions with members.

10. Amendments

VeeSave may update these terms from time to time.
We will notify partners by email or website notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued participation after the update date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled by the courts within that jurisdiction.
